Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred (but we can teach the right personality!)
Knowledge of classic cocktails and willingness to learn Margaritaville specialties
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Margaritaville recipes and standards
Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, upbeat attitude
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Engage with guests, make recommendations, and create memorable experiences
Accurately handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions
Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and safety standards
Work as part of a team to keep the good vibes flowing
