Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be certified by a South Carolina State Approved Alcohol Training Program
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to alcohol service
• Strong understanding of flavor pairings and drink preparation
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently enforce alcohol consumption policies
• Dependable with strong attention to detail in handling inventory and transactions

Responsibilities

• Verify guest age to ensure legal alcohol service
• Prepare and serve cocktails according to established recipes
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, glassware, and utensils
• Provide recommendations based on guest preferences
• Deliver outstanding, engaging customer service
