The Bartender is primarily responsible for the smooth functioning and service aspect of a full service bar in an elegant restaurant setting. The restaurants are a high volume dining outlet. The Bartender must have an exceptional working knowledge of alcoholic beverage offerings and the ability to create drinks according to guests’ requests. Requires an approachable, congenial, engaging personality and the ability to relate and converse with all types of people. Works cohesively with F&B team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS: Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities.
