About the role The Smokehouse Social Bartender is responsible for serving drinks, preparing cocktails, and creating a welcoming environment for customers in the bar. This individual must have an engaging personality to interact with clients and contribute to a positive experience. They must be knowledgeable of drink recipes and follow guidelines of established portion controls, adhering to all state, federal, and company regulations. They must follow all laws related to serving minors and maintain control as it relates to intoxicated guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; mixology courses and certifications are preferred.
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a full-service restaurant or bar.
- Great communication skills to interact with bar customers and resort associates.
- Relevant certifications for food handling & serving alcohol; any state required licensing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency to use resort’s point of sale system
