Overview Scope of Position The Bartender position in Tamo mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar guests and Restaurant, Lounge and Terrace Servers. This position sells and services food to our guests according to the company standards while adhering to our team service goals. This position is highly interactive with our guests. Performance in providing food and beverage to patrons of the lobby bar and lounge largely contributes to the overall perception of hotel quality and attention to detail. Maintaining a relaxed casual and attentive atmosphere will enhance the bartender’s ability to exceed guests’ expectations. This position reports directly to the Food and Beverage Management Team. Schedule Requirements The position includes morning and afternoon/evening shifts with regular weekend attendance. Holidays are scheduled as business requires. Due to the cyclical nature of hospitality, flexibility is required to meet business needs. Participation in “all hands” events may be necessary. The hotel operates 24/7, including holidays.
