About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Tabor Hill Winery & Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending, mixology, and creating specialty cocktails and martinis. Knowledge of wines, bourbons, and vineyard operations is a plus. The Tabor Hill Bartender will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fine dining setting. Must have previous bartending experience and be 18 years or older. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the following qualities or previous experience: Have a positive attitude and worked in a team environment before Be able to handle stressful situations when these arise or multitask when needed while delivering a fine dining experience to your guest. Ensure that the pace of service is kept throughout the guest entire visit with us and knowing when to seek assistance from peers or your manager as needed Stay knowledgeable on all aspects of menu options, changes, POS systems, and other required training courses as needed. Perform opening and closing side work as directed by Managers & additional duties as assigned Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend and night shifts Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
