This dynamic role combines guest services with the opportunity to guide our Thrillsville Adventure Course – offering the perfect blend of adventure and hospitality in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast or looking to break into the adventure industry, no experience is required – we provide all training and gear to set you up for success! What You’ll Do as a Base Ops Team Member As a Base Operations Team Member , you’ll wear multiple hats, from providing instruction on the use of safety equipment to booking reservations and checking guests in for their tours. Providing excellent customer service is paramount for us from check in to the final zip!

Requirements

• Are comfortable working at heights and with safety equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Are detail-oriented, dependable, and team-minded
• Are willing to learn new skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Can handle a flexible, seasonal schedule (weekends and holidays included)

Responsibilities

• Operating and overseeing the multi-level high ropes course (after qualification and training)
• Providing safety briefings and harness fittings for ropes course and zipline guests
• Assisting guests in the Main Street office with reservations, waivers, check-ins, and retail
• Working closely with the team to ensure smooth tour operations and outstanding guest experiences
• Maintaining cleanliness and readiness of all base area facilities and equipment
• Modeling Alpine Adventures’ core values and delivering top-notch customer service at all times
