Your Role in the Transformation: Build With Precision Install bath systems with expert accuracy, ensuring everything fits, functions, and looks exactly as it should. Revitalize Existing Spaces Remove old tubs, showers, and materials, preparing the space for a seamless and polished upgrade. Customize and Adapt Work with unique layouts, homeowner preferences, and real-world challenges to deliver solutions that feel tailor-made. Prepare the Foundation Measure, cut, assemble, and waterproof materials so each installation is solid, secure, and built to last. Team Collaboration Partner with other craftsman, project managers, and coordinators to keep timelines on track and customers delighted. Who We're Looking For: Experienced Craftsman You've worked in bathroom renovation, bath system installation, or a related trade and know how to deliver quality work. Detail Driven You notice the little things, the clean lines, the tight seals, the finishes that make a bathroom look professionally done. Physically Capable Comfortably lift, carry, and maneuver materials. Working in tight spaces, using power tools, and handling installations are all part of your craft. Customer-Focused You're courteous, professional, and understand you're working in someone's home, not just a job site.
