  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of engineering experience in systems engineering discipline on battery packs or battery management system projects.
  • Hands-on experience with high and low-voltage power and communication systems.
  • Previous experience in architecture modeling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience generating Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Process Failure Mode and Effects (PFMEA), Design for Manufacturing (DFM)/Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R).
  • Experience using a formal requirement management tool.
  • Ability to organize and plan effectively with project teams.
  • Ability to think creatively while staying focused on the bigger picture.
