Your Impact as a BCBA In this role, you will: Lead & Mentor: Hire, train, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Drive Innovation: Support the development of new programs and strategies Demonstrate Clinical Excellence: Conduct assessments and model strong ABA and DTT practices Support Families: Provide guidance, compassion, and evidence-based care Collaborate: Work closely with our Regional Director and clinical leadership team If you're passionate about helping individuals thrive and want to grow with a team that cares deeply, you’ll feel right at home here.
Requirements
- Active BCBA Certification
- Master’s Degree in ABA or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in ABA
- Strong experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Skilled in conducting assessments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Nice To Haves
- Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
