Qualifications: Candidates must have a valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), which must be accepted by the State of Connecticut. Individual should have at least 3 years experience. The position requires at least a BA degree with emphasis in special education and must be trained in CPI/PMT. Applicants should have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. In addition, they have to be able to perform FBA's and develop and implement BIP's. Terms of Employment: Position will begin on July 1, 2026 and end July 23, 2026 Monday through Thursday of 8:30 am-2:30pm Salary in accordance with Agreement Between The Board of Education and The Avon Education Association
