Requirements

  • Current BCBA Certification in good standing.
  • A desire to work in a collaborative, multi-environment setting (Clinic, School, & Home).
  • A mentor-mindset: You enjoy shaping the next generation of RBTs and students.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Direct: Conduct functional assessments and develop sophisticated, data-driven treatment plans.
  • Cultivate Talent: Provide high-level supervision to a motivated team of RBTs and USF practicum students.
  • Systemic Impact: Partner with Hillsborough County schools and families to create a 360-degree support system for your learners.
