Appointment Coordinator Description With four different service departments and six different manufacturer types, our Appointment Coordinators will service as liaison between our customers and our front line service and parts staff, setting appointments, answering questions, verifying data and maintaining our commitment to the highest possible customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- The ideal Appointment Coordinator is highly organized and able to multi-task, following the directions of the Management Team and communicating with the customers on a continual basis.
- They should be an excellent communicator, both in person in email communications, with a friendly and professional approach to their communications.
- Our company uses many different technologies and our Sales Representatives are expected to be comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 (IE: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and Teams as well as various Manufacturer websites.
