About The Position

We are looking for an experienced and driven BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center at our Chambersburg Hyundai dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized, goal-oriented leader with a strong understanding of customer service, lead management, and team development. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the BDC department Supervise, train, and motivate a team of BDC representatives Monitor inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and appointment scheduling Develop phone scripts, email templates, and follow-up processes to maximize customer engagement Track and report performance metrics such as response time, appointment set rate, and show rate Work closely with the Sales and Service departments to ensure seamless customer communication Oversee CRM usage to ensure accurate and timely lead handling Handle escalated customer inquiries professionally and promptly Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements
