About The Position

Kick off your career in the automotive industry with Toyota Carlsbad! Our Service Department located in beautiful Car Country has an immediate opening for a BDC Service Representative. The number one goal is to provide an exceptional client experience and schedule a solid and specific service reservation with the service team. Provide clients with information pertaining to current service offerings. Proactively contacting clients to remind them of scheduled reservations, rescheduling missed reservations, and politely reminding clients of due & overdue services. Keep current with service specials, all direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacturer. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Personal values to align with company values of Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Respect, and Excellence. 2-3 years of customer service/call center experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Automotive or dealership experience a plus. Knowledge of Toyota products is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Superb communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to instantly build rapport with clients. The ability to meet or exceed all department Key Performance Indicators that measure overall performance. Requirements
