About The Position
Runners assist servers in creating a WORLD CLASS guest-oriented poolside dining experience to include assisting with food/beverage order delivery, keeping the condiments/supplies stocked, maintaining cleanliness of pool area and guest interactions.
Requirements
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel as needed
- Must be able to carry up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to work in outside hot and inclement weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Provide top-quality customer service to guests and servers
- Assist with server station set up
- Assist with food & beverage service
- Be knowledgeable of bar and food menus/services
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and outdoor dining area
- Bus area and restock condiments as needed
- Assist in cleaning server area, work areas, and tables.
- Perform other duties as assigned
