Perform avoidance and deterrence services while in various local or remote terrain settings where wildlife is present. Bear Guards shall be prepared to move individuals out of harm’s way prior to taking defensive deterrence actions. The Bear Guard should be able to use sound judgement to determine when is best to utilize non-lethal versus lethal deterrence measures and follow state guidelines and company prcedures.
