POSITION OBJECTIVE: The job of Preschool Teacher is done for the purpose/s of planning, organizing and implementing an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Up to date TB test
- First Aid/CPR Certified
- IVP Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision for students from all grade levels offered by school outside of instructional hours.
- Create multi-level activities for students of various age levels
- Manage daily schedule expectations
- Communicate with families of students in the program as needed
- Communicate with school staff and administration regarding student engagement and behavior
- Manage attendance of students in program
- Maintain program expectations in coordination with school policies
