Behavior Interventionists are responsible for providing one-on-one mental health services based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or other evidence-based treatments to neurodiverse children and adolescents in order to improve their behaviors across settings. Success in this role includes delivering high-quality care, building a consistent caseload, and meeting all supervision and documentation requirements.
