Position: Behavior Technician (BT) – ABA Therapy Locations: Richmond Schedule: Part-Time (3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) Setting: Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives? We provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and real opportunities for professional growth. Pay Incentives Starting Now! We’re excited to recognize your hard work and flexibility with increased pay opportunities: $21/hour during training $25–$28/hour No experience needed Bonus: Monday through Friday sessions starting at 5:00 PM or later: ➤ +$5.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly clinical rate. Weekend sessions (Saturday & Sunday): ➤ +$10.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly clinical rate. Earn more while making a lasting impact! Requirements
- A passion for working with children and helping others
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to pass a background check
