About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a compassionate and reliable Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing Richmond -area team. This role provides direct ABA therapy services to children with autism in clinic, home, and community -based settings. As a BT/RBT, you will work one -on -one with clients under the supervision of a BCBA to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills in meaningful, real -world environments. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children, value professional growth, and want to build a long -term career in ABA.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • RBT certification preferred; paid training provided for BTs
  • Experience working with children (professional or personal) preferred
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations
  • Ability to work in clinic, home, and community -based environments
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and dependability
