About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our Columbia, MD clinic.
We are currently hiring two full-time technicians to support our growing clinic team. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative clinical team providing ABA therapy to children ages 2–14.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• RBT certification preferred but not required
• BT candidates receive paid training
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to work with pediatric clients
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric clients
• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect and document behavioral data
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
