About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support pediatric clients in the Baltimore area.
These roles provide consistent weekday evening schedules working one-on-one with children receiving ABA therapy services.
Current Schedule Needs

Baltimore (21218)
Monday–Friday
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Windsor Mill (21217)
Monday–Friday
3:30 PM – 7:30 PM or 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Additional hours may be available at our Columbia clinic for candidates interested in building a larger schedule.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to work with pediatric clients
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric clients
• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect and document behavioral data
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
