Direct Client Care: Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings including our Centers, homes and/or schools. Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Follow the behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs to address specific behavioral goals and objectives for each client. Data Collection: Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses during therapy sessions, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Progress Monitoring : Collaborate with the supervising BCBAs to track and report client progress towards behavioral goals and adjust intervention plans as needed. Behavior Reduction Techniques: Utilize approved behavior reduction techniques and strategies as outlined in the behavior intervention plan to address challenging behaviors. Skill Acquisition: Assist clients in acquiring and developing functional skills, communication abilities, and appropriate social behaviors. Parent/Caregiver Training: Provide training and support to parents/caregivers on implementing behavior intervention techniques and strategies in the home environment. Professionalism: Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in behavior analysis while maintaining client confidentiality. Documentation: Complete required paperwork, progress reports, and session notes. Communication: Maintain open communication with the BCBAs, parents/caregivers, and other team members involved in the client's treatment.
