About The Position

Looking for meaningful work while gaining experience in psychology, education, or child development? Join Instructional ABA Consultants (IABA) as a Behavior Therapist and make a real impact in the lives of children with autism.
In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help build communication, social, and daily living skills. No ABA experience is required-we provide all the training you need to get started and grow in the field.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, volunteering, etc.)
• Interest in psychology, education, or related fields
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children to implement individualized therapy plans created by a BCBA supervisor
• Track progress and collect session data
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision
• Help children build important life and communication skills
