The Behavior Consultant will hold a master’s degree or higher in Mental Health or a related field, with a license as a Behavior Specialist preferred. The Behavior Consultant words closely with therapists and families to develop treatment plans for children with behavioral health needs that support each child’s goals and outcomes. In this role as a liaison, you will monitor treatment plans, transfer skills to parents and caregivers, clinically advise Behavioral Health Technicians, and measure outcomes. This position requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both the clinical and non-clinical settings.
