About The Position

Youth Care is a residential treatment center for troubled youth located in Draper, Utah and owned by Acadia Healthcare, a national leader in the behavioral healthcare industry. Currently hiring for ALL SHIFTS: Days 6:30a - 4p, Swings 3p-12a, and graves 11:45p-9a; FT and PT schedules available. The BHA position at Youth Care is responsible for the supervision of students and providing support while they work toward accomplishing treatment plan goals. Residential staff maintain positive interactions with team members, students, parents, and professionals. Demonstrate a strong overall work ethic and develop and maintain a positive, healthy relationship with students, serving as a role model. The ideal candidate will communicate in a clear and professional manner, is able to deal effectively with stressful situations and is skilled at conflict mediation.

Requirements

Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screen
Must be able to provide social security card for state background
Documentation of high school diploma/GED
