Summary: An essential role in the delivery of residential and outpatient treatment services. This is a direct care position with the primary responsibility of interacting with and supervising clients in treatment. The role assists the clinical and administrative teams in identifying and serving client needs.

Requirements

High School Diploma required.

Nice To Haves

Prefer behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience.
Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete the intake process with new clients into the program.
Maintain client documentation.
Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable.
Coordinate client activities.
Follow objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs.
Evaluate the behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provide responses, including crisis intervention.
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment.
Assist with the dietary needs of clients.
Other duties as assigned.
