JOB SUMMARY The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides direct services and support to clients enrolled in the Intensive Outpatient Program. Under the supervision of a licensed clinician, the BHT assists in the delivery of evidence-based group programming, supports clients in skill acquisition, ensures program/staff/client safety and program structure, and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and wellness.
