We are seeking a passionate Behavior Technician II to work with individuals living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges residing in our Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) located in Staunton, VA. Schedule Options: Monday - Friday and every other weekend, 7am-3pm Monday - Friday and every other weekend, 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday and every other weekend, 11pm-7am Your Role in Our Mission As a Behavior Technician II (BT II) , your days will be filled with life-changing work! You will be equipping individuals with the tools, coping skills and support to prevent hospitalization and crisis. Some of your key duties will include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants' primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home. Additionally, you will maintain daily documentation and reporting in our electronic health system of record. Why Join Us? Compensation & Benefits Competitive Rate: $21 - $24 / hr based on experience Paid training: CPR / first-aid, Mindset, Medication Administration, Infectious Disease, Seizure Management, and QMHP-T supervision!
