Position Summary The Behavioral Therapist is responsible for providing high‑quality, community‑based mental health and substance use services. This role involves traveling in your personal vehicle to meet clients where services are most effective, including homes, schools, and workplaces. Primary responsibilities include: Providing individual therapy, group counseling, and behavioral interventions Conducting assessments and developing or updating treatment plans Offering supportive counseling and crisis‑responsive interventions Completing documentation and case management tasks per state and agency requirements Supporting client stability, recovery, and long‑term growth through community‑based engagement
