We are seeking a Bell Person to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. The Bell Person will be responsible for transporting guest luggage to/from guest rooms, escorting guests to rooms and informing guests of all hotel services and features. This individual is also responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay. This individual will possess knowledge of all hotel service and amenities. We have a full-time position available. This role is a flexible position (AM / PM), and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
Requirements
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests/ visitors, leaders and fellow hoteliers to their understanding.
- Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
- Ability to understand guest inquiries and provide responses.
- Ability to focus attention on guests' needs.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments.
- Ability to work well under pressure of check-in/check-out of guests.
- Ability to exert physical effort in placing, removing guest luggage to/from guest room.
- Ability to remain stationary at assigned post for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hospitality industry in similar position.
- Previous guest relations training.
