About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bellman/Shuttle Driver at Marriott Tampa Westshore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting with luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and driving the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from nearby locations. Starting Salary $13 per hours plus tips.

Requirements

• Must be +21 and hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record of 3 years or more in the state of Florida.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with luggage and other belongings
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Drive the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from the airport, shopping centers, and other nearby locations
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shuttle and bell stand area
• Assist with other duties as needed to ensure a positive guest experience
