Job Summary Work closely with guest services team to review occupancy, guest check-ins, VIPs, and special needs. Assist guests with parking by determining location of parking spot, moving of cones, and ensuring parking areas remain organized and safe. Ensure only authorized vehicles are parked in company lots. Work with front desk to verify and report any vehicles that are deemed non-business related. Offer guest assistance with luggage and bags. Help guests to front desk and assist getting luggage to their assigned rooms. Provide delivery of additional items and amenities to guest rooms as needed. Conduct property walk-throughs and inspect all public spaces to ensure safety, cleanliness, and security. Greet and welcome all guests in a professional and hospitable manner. Engage to ensure we are meeting all guests’ needs. Direct guests as they arrive to appropriate locations. Have full knowledge of all parking options on property, VIP arrivals and departures, events on property, and F&B operations. Work closely will drivers and front desk agents to maximize guest experience. Review administered reports daily, such as in-house rooming list, arrivals and departures. Assist in training new staff as requested. Deliver bikes or golf carts to guests as requested. Additional variable tips may be earned. Final compensation package offer is subject to change based on a variety of complex factors unique to each candidate including experience, education, skill set, and applicable certifications.

Requirements

  • 1+ year customer service experience, hotel/lodging environment highly preferred
  • Successful completion of satisfactory background check
  • Demonstrates natural leadership qualities with a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Available and willing to work flexible hours based on business needs including weekdays and weekends.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expresses sincere enthusiasm for the role and passion for guest service excellence
  • Must know how to prioritize, delegate, and respond in a timely fashion.
  • Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and stay focused while maintaining hospitality.
  • Ability to remain standing for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to walk the property and grounds frequently
  • Ability to move up and down stairs frequently
  • Ability to move quickly based on guest needs
  • Ability to regularly move and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, and reach frequently, including above head, and repetitively during a shift
