About The Position
Greet guests with warm and friendly greetings and engagement, while introducing them to the room, amenities, and outlets of the hotel.
Requirements
- This position requires a minimum of formal education of some high school and a minimum of less than six months of job-related experience.
- Experience in a high-level service hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warm and friendly greetings and engagement.
- Assists guests with luggage and familiarize them with their room, amenities, and outlets of the hotel.
- Maintains an orderly and clean luggage storage room, lobby concierge desk and front entrance.
