The Dairy Queen Bench General Manager supports restaurant operations within their assigned region, determined by business need. They do so by providing leadership and direction to ensure the restaurant operates in accordance with all established policies, procedures, standards, Company values, and applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Bench General Manager learns and masters Dairy Queen systems and processes in order to lead their execution in each restaurant within their assigned region, resulting in superior quality, service, and cleanliness as well as maximized sales and profitability. They recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a best-in-class team of Smile Servers capable of delivering the Dairy Queen brand experience to our fans. This is a salaried position with an expected weekly commitment of 50 hours per week, which may change based on business demands. The Bench General Manager is required to be available for travel to any restaurant within approximately 50 miles of their home, based on business demands.
