As a Benefits Account Manager, you will service client accounts from beginning to end. This includes managing all Open Enrollment requirements, facilitating presentations, providing product and service information and acting as an employee benefits subject matter expert. You will also work closely with our production teams and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business outcomes. This will be a hybrid position (3 days in-office per week + 2 days from home).
