Requirements
- Strong communication skills

- Comfortable using Zoom + basic tech
- U.S. work authorization
- Reliable internet + Windows computer
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients on Zoom
- Follow up with inbound member requests
- Review eligibility + explain options
- Help clients enroll + answer questions
- Keep notes + stay organized
