  • Develop customized benefit solutions aligned with individual client goals
  • Respond promptly to client questions and provide ongoing support
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage appointments efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and state regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members
