Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and their families through Zoom
  • Evaluate individual needs and explain available supplemental benefit options
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide ongoing client support including follow-up communication and policy updates
  • Participate in team meetings, mentorship sessions, and professional development programs
