As our first dedicated Benefits Manager, you will have the opportunity to define and shape this function from the ground up, creating programs that truly elevate the employee experience and establish benefits as a strategic pillar of Atria. You will join our flagship NYC team to design, implement, and manage benefits that are clear, accessible, and meaningful at every stage of the employee journey.
