This role involves processing enrollments, life-cycle changes, and COBRA, while serving as the primary contact for vendors. The administrator ensures compliance with federal and state regulations such as HIPAA and FMLA. Responsible for administering, managing and coordinating the support for all leave of absence, including FMLA and Workers' Compensation claims.
