We are looking for a Benefits Leave Coordinator to provide day-to-day support for operational activities to the human resource function. Focus is on data management, maintenance and general support (Leave Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing all aspects of employee leave within the organization. The role ensures accurate tracking, reporting, and communication regarding all types of leave, including but not limited to Medical, Family, and Personal Leave). This role is a great opportunity to work in a constantly changing environment, within a multinational company. Working five days a week and reporting to the Team Leader, Human Resources, you will be: Coordinating and administering internal movements, starters, leavers and organizational changes Responsible for proper maintenance of employee data records (updating HR systems to accurately reflect new leave requests, status changes, and return to work status) Supporting requests for reports (Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports.) Providing basic content advice as required in relation to specific policies. Collaborating with HR service providers and any other stakeholders to optimize service delivery. Providing administrative and systems-based support for the implementation of HR processes, practices and systems (typically corporate wide/annual HR initiatives). Interacting on a regular basis with human resource professionals in order to support them in their delivery of key operational projects and activities.
