Our Newest Opportunity: Job Summary: As a Benefits Technology Administration Manager at OneDigital, you will be expected to lead a Benefits Technology team. This role has direct responsibilities for leading people, analysis, design and project management of new operational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Detail-orientated with strong logic and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor and guide team members
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Definitive leadership capabilities
  • Track record of deploying a consultative and solution-oriented approach for customers
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team with positive results in change management, team morale and employee engagement
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a leader of people
  • Knowledge/Experience with HCM Solutions required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and be an effective stakeholder
  • Serve as point of escalation for escalation issues.
  • Own forecasting and prioritization for benefit technology amongst your team
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams
  • Monitor workloads and workflows to ensure service deliverables are met
  • Responsibility for staffing and performance management
  • Conduct staff training, development and mentoring to bring about growth of knowledge and performance outcomes
  • Analyze performance outcomes
  • Design and manage detailed project plans and communicate results at agreed upon intervals
  • Build relationships with internal departments to facilitate successful solutions
  • Participates in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends and best practices to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge
  • Meet or exceed department goals as defined
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned
