About The Position

As the beverage cart attendant, your primary focus would be assisting guests with their beverage and snack needs in a friendly and welcoming manner while remaining in the designated stationary cart area(s). If you are a customer service focused individual who loves to make people smile under the Colorado sun, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

21+, must be able to legally serve alcoholic beverages.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Self-starter with ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
Be a team player - build and maintain working relationships with the Golf team.
Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule to include early morning/opening, late evening/closing, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous food and beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist guests with food and beverage selections: make recommendations and inform of current specials.
Take payment for beverages and snacks utilizing the POS system and securing cash.
Ensure that alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21.
Maintain beverage and snack quality and service standards.
Perform cart set up and breakdown procedures.
Contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of cart, snack bar, golf course, and facilities.
Communicates guest concerns/comments or inappropriate golf course behavior to the Director of Golf.
Perform other necessary duties as they are assigned.
