About The Position

Madden’s is currently seeking the position of Beverage Control & Barback for the 2026 season.

Requirements

Good multi-tasking skills
Great time management skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to navigate stairs and uneven ground
Valid drivers license and ability to safely Drive Golf Cart
High school diploma or GED
Must be of 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

Stock and restock bar supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, garnishes, and mixers.
Assist bartenders during service by keeping the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.
In charge of setting up and breakdown of banquet bars.
Remove trash and recycling regularly.
Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products.
Communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Ensure compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
Reviews banquet or dining room schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Support the team wherever needed during busy shifts.
Performs other duties as required.
