ELS is hiring for the position of Beverage Manager in Marblehead, Ohio. Beverage Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall success of the beverage department. This position will directly manage hourly Beverage associates as well as collectively lead all FOH Food & Beverage hourly associates along with the greater Food & Beverage management team. The Beverage Manager will work closing with the Director, Food and Beverage to plan and execute beverage programming for all special and Member events.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage beverage training programs to ensure all FOH hourly associates clearly understand performance expectations and how to navigate a personalized path of growth.
Support day-to-day FOH operations by being an active presence on the floor.
Create and maintain strong relationships with our members.
Hold associates accountable for completing work efficiently and accurately.
Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate changes or updates to associates.
Provide aid to all associates as needed.
Support in handling members inquires and requests, as well as resolving any member complaints.
Develop and grow beer, wine, and cocktail programs, including retail beverage and events.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure their beverage needs are met.
Engage with Events Department to coordinate overall F&B participation in special and member events
