About The Position

PingWind is seeking a BI/Dashboard Software Engineer II responsible for supporting the configuration, integration, and operational sustainment of the systems and infrastructure that host and enable MODES III business intelligence and dashboard capabilities.

Requirements

Must hold or be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 investigation.
BS/BA degree
5 years relevant experience (an additional 4 years experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).

Responsibilities

Supports the setup, configuration, and maintenance of systems and environments that host O&E and IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations dashboards.
Assists with system integration activities, ensuring dashboard platforms, data sources, and supporting services operate reliably and cohesively.
Monitors system health, availability, and performance, supporting troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure or platform-related issues impacting dashboard operations.
Implements system updates, patches, and configuration changes under established processes to support dashboard stability and security.
Collaborates with BI/Dashboard Software Engineers, DevSecOps Engineers, and Agile teams to ensure system configurations align with application requirements and deployment pipelines.
