Position Overview We are seeking a Bilingual HR Warehouse Generalist to support daily human resources operations within our warehouse facility, supporting 100 employees. This role serves as the primary HR contact for warehouse employees and leadership, ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and seamless HR processes. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, experienced in high-volume environments, and comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related on the job HR work experience (preferred)
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience with Paycom (HRIS)
  • Work Schedule – Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm, Fridays, 9 am to 1 pm

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site HR representative for warehouse employees and supervisors
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for warehouse roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate safety training
  • Translate HR policies, procedures, and communications (English/Spanish)
  • Handle employee relations matters and coach supervisors on best practices
  • Support performance management and corrective action processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data in Paycom
  • Support payroll processing and timekeeping audits
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment and open enrollment communications
  • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
