About The Position
The City of Coffeyville is seeking applications for Lifeguard positions at Big Hill Splash Aquatic Center. The Aquatic Center will be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Applicants must be available to work flexible work schedules that include weekends, evenings and holidays. Typically average 20-24 hours per week. Applicants must have current Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certification. First year lifeguards - $12.00/hr. Second year lifeguards $12.50/hr, plus .25/hr per additional year of experience up to $13.00/hr for fourth year guards. New Lifeguards must complete certification prior to May 1, 2026. Applications accepted until positions filled. EOE.
